Ensuring smooth and judder-free pictures on the TX-P42S20, the VIERA NeoPDP employs innovative 600Hz Sub-field Drive with Intelligent Frame Creation Pro.
This is a Panasonic's unique image-analysis processor that converts the motion in each scene into sub-fields. The sub-fields are then optimised to display fast action scene in Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution with amazingly smooth motion. Each frame is displayed for a shorter length of time than in previous processor -virtually eliminating unsightly smearing & after effects.
Another great feature of the new tx-p42s20 is that it includes a DVB-T2 tuner for Freeview HD providing you with a great, subscription free way of watching all the latest HD content from channels like BBC HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD and so many more.
